Wonderful small hotel, all of the staff were superfriendly and pleasant, fantastic location to the train station or to the bus stop to the airport. The breakfast had lots of coffee and pastries. Thanks a lot for the very enjoyable stay, truly enjoyed this place, I would stay here again.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, fashionable and spotlessly clean room. A comfortable decor. Location close enough to train station, the old town and amazing Guggenheim, centre of Bilbao and all the highlights. For tea or coffee visit Tahona Jk nearby.

Property was wonderful small, with amicable staff and convenient location to the train station or to the bus stop to the airport. The rooms were brand-new and beautifully presented with a great shower, massive bed plus a cute balcony, just what was needed. This place was perfect for us, recommend.

Friendly staff, they really go out of their way to help. The rooms are super nice, all modern and come with a sweet terrace. Our stay was awesome! And the Wi-Fi and coffee were a nice bonus. Plus, who doesn't love a bay window to gaze out of? 💫
